WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS?

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of one or more items without giving any reason within 14 days after the day on which you received all the items from your order. Within this period, you may inspect, evaluate and/or try on the item(s) as you would in a store. You may return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of receiving your entire order.

If you decide to cancel a purchase, you may return the item(s) by using the return form provided.

You may also inform us of your decision to cancel a purchase in any other way and without giving any reason (for example, by post or email) at www.baefit.nl.

We ask that you notify us within 14 days after the day on which you received all the items from your order and return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel a purchase.

Please include the completed return form so that we have all the necessary information to process your return as quickly as possible.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN? You can only return an item if: • it is complete; and • in the original condition to the extent that is reasonably possible, with the attached price tag and original packaging.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I NOT RETURN?

Shapewear, underwear and bodysuits

Sale items may be exchanged, but you will receive the amount spent in the form of a discount code that you can use on your next order. This discount code is valid for 6 months from the shipping date of the returned item.

The item must not be worn or damaged!

Be careful with makeup: items with makeup stains will NOT be accepted for return.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect item being delivered.

Items that fall outside the 14-day return period will NOT be accepted for return.

We may hold you liable for any decrease in value of the item resulting from your handling of the item in a way that is beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

WHEN AND HOW WILL WWW.BAEFIT.NL REFUND THE RETURNED ITEMS?

www.baefit.nl will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). This will be done via the payment method you have chosen.

If www.baefit.nl has not yet received the items within the aforementioned period, www.baefit.nl will refund the purchase amount as soon as the items are received by www.baefit.nl.

If you return the entire order, www.baefit.nl will refund the purchase amount of the entire order.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT AN ORDER? You can expect a good item from www.baefit.nl, even after the legal return period. If we have accidentally delivered a wrong or damaged item, please let us know and indicate the reason/nature of the complaint on the return form so that we can handle the complaint as well as possible.
