Webshop software
Shopify Our webshop is developed using Shopify software. Personal data that you provide to us for our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with technical support, but they will never use your data for any other purpose. According to the agreement we have with Shopify, they are required to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card data. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software. No personal data is collected or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within the company to improve their services. Shopify adheres to the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, and your data may be processed in the United States.
Web hosting

Email and mailing lists
Klaviyo: Our website uses Klaviyo, a third-party service that handles email traffic from our website and the sending of newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via [Klaviyo] servers. Klaviyo will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every automated email sent from our website, you will see the "unsubscribe" link. Clicking on this link means you will no longer receive emails from our website. Zoho Mail Shopify We use Zoho Mail Shopify for our regular business email communication. Zoho Mail Shopify does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all email communication confidentially.
Payment processors

Reviews
We collect reviews through the Vitals platform. If you leave a review via Vitals, you are required to provide your name and email address. Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL, DHL, and GLS to perform deliveries. Retention periods
We will keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also consider it as a request to be forgotten. This also means that we will not keep your data for more than two years from the last contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for doing so. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have created based on your assignment.
